What are my goals?
To help with the process you want to fist ask yourself what your goals are and why you want to achieve those goals. In life, we have things that we want to do and that we want to accomplish. In general, this is good and we should focus on them. However, when we dwell on goals and fight ourselves because we are not achieving our goals fast enough, then we start to freak out and begin to panic.
What is keeping us back?
What is keeping us back from achieving our goals? Are we limiting ourselves because of fear or are we going to be allowing others to limit ourselves because we feel an obligation to think and act in a particular way?
What has worked in the past?
You want to ask yourself what has worked in the past. When we tried to achieve a goal we achieved a result. This result may have been positive, this result may have been negative. But what have we done and what were the results? When we look at the past we can learn from our mistakes and our successes.
Who supported us and who dragged us down?
This is going to be a major component to our successes and failures. When we look at who was in our corner and giving us positive reinforcement and who were against us or didn’t believe that we could achieve our results, tells us who is positive and who is toxic.
It is important that we remove all toxic people from our lives. It is also important that we create a circle or a bubble around us that will help move us forward as quickly as possible.
