Added invention guide for Eve-Online. Rest of site remains unchanged.

Style sheets are now operational so the page will look alot better. Forums are up and running, but still need some tweaking before being open to the public. Some progress has been made on the actual utilities, so not much time before beta is launched.

Got the DNS and host all sorted out, that's about it. Will be trying to add some functionality soon.
